This digital ARC was obtainable via NetGalley for an honest review!Boichi's art is amazing。 Ace was depicted beautifully。 Ace is one of my favorite characters in One Piece。 I believe Sho Hinata & Tatsuya Hamazaki did great on the story。 I loved, loved, loved this volume。 This digital ARC was obtainable via NetGalley for an honest review!Boichi's art is amazing。 Ace was depicted beautifully。 Ace is one of my favorite characters in One Piece。 I believe Sho Hinata & Tatsuya Hamazaki did great on the story。 I loved, loved, loved this volume。 。。。more

This manga was a bit of excitement and let down。 There was more of information on the character writing Ace's story rather than Ace himself。 Ace is stranded and needs help which he finds。 His adventure starts there and then there is some brief interactions that move the story along。 The story itself had action and adventure but it lacks the build up of events that is known for the characters in One Piece。 There was a lot of jumping around from the meeting to get to meeting of Whitebeard。 While I This manga was a bit of excitement and let down。 There was more of information on the character writing Ace's story rather than Ace himself。 Ace is stranded and needs help which he finds。 His adventure starts there and then there is some brief interactions that move the story along。 The story itself had action and adventure but it lacks the build up of events that is known for the characters in One Piece。 There was a lot of jumping around from the meeting to get to meeting of Whitebeard。 While I know it doesn't follow the format of One Piece, it doesn't allow for readers to connect with the character and is relying on their love of Ace to have them read the book。 Some of the events happen too fast that you can barely wrap your head around it but the story has already progressed and then you need to backtrack to make sure you're following the story。 The art style is is similar to Boichi's Dr。 Stone characters and the pacing is very similar where decisions are made and then they happen。 Ace story has great potential and I can see it being a hit once we get to certain events。 。。。more
